At the Dublin Parade we present Gulliver and 2 of his teeny lady friends. They were having a great time and the crowd loved 'em.

A snatched pic of some beautiful huge blue flowers that I loved. It also gives you an idea of the size of the giant green hat we had to contend with for a view. Native readers will be able to pinpoint the very tree we were standing at by the street view.

And here are the Parade Mittens, my last-minute entry to the St Patrick's Day Celebrations competition over on Ravelry.
These are what you might call a novelty entry, knit on the fly, knit on the Dart on the way into town and finished while waiting for the parade to start. My thanks to the young French woman who kindly picked up my dpn when it plunged into the crowd amidst the many feet.

These are kinda cute and Little Monkey was delighted with them. So that's a win in my book. Hop on over to the competition thread to see the wonderful knits that have been posted already. Some really lovely things there.
Voting doesn't start until after 6pm on 20th March, so don't click the love until then, or it will be discounted.
Hope ya'll had some St Patrick's Day fun. Slainte!
